Very disappointed. I have taken my fleet trucks in and motorhome in for work. They were decent until last three visits now. Today I got my motorhome back with damage on both rear corners. Did they take responsibilty?....No way. Pretended I wasnt even showing them the scratches on one side and also the panel ripped from frame on other side. The mechanic finally spoke up, not Lily the one in charge, to deny. By the way the fork lift was parked so close to it and lined up perfectly with the scratches. I can handle a mistake if you take responsibilty but to pretend nothing happened is really messed up. The time before this they broke part from my door. I fixed it myself but same thing the m.o. was to pretend nothing happened. This one I cant let go because the damage is more extensive and likely need to go to body shop for repairs.

I still cannot tell you. Due to in has been a day that my truck is in the shop and haven't got a quote. I hope they haven't spent all day figuring out what is wrong. Most likely they haven't looked at it yet. I made it clear to the mechanic and lady owner that this truck is what feeds my family to please let me know diagnostic on suspension and price. I do trust this shop and will happily wait a bit longer. Guess what? 24 hours later they gave me a diagnostic and a pretty pricey quote. I asked why so much and the owner lady stated while looking at the mechanic I" don't know" Mechanic said with an attitude ""WELL I HAVE TO REMOVE ALL THE Parts HERE AND THERE, BLAH BLAH BLAH." The thing is that the mechanic make the decisions on this shop. I'm sure they do a good job and proof of it that they've been many years in business. However the take too long to do it. And the charge you lots of labor hours.

Arnie has left, and a dragon lady has taken over. Unfortunately we took a clients f450 bus in, and got an estimate for $2400 for plugs and coil replacement and a minor tune up (filters and whatnot). After say no, she attempted to charge $285 for a diagnosis, when we told her the issue and codes before coming in. Seems as though she's erased previous reviews, so this will be getting reposted often.

Bleckert Diesel has done a fantastic job for us since we started using them. I have a direct contact with Jose and he makes sure everything is handled. They work well around our schedule and keep us compliant. I highly recommend them.

Horrible. Took a week to get to my sprinter. Then gave and charge me for a turbo and 2 sensor diagnostic. Took my sprinter to Manny in Torrance and he saved me a few thousand just repairing a exhaust pipe in the back of my engine. Shame on you guys!! Not too many honest mechanics out there. They are definitely not one of them. In the end, my turbo is in really good shape.
